First Time Web Login

You have successfully created your account, but there may still be some services and options that need to be configured. This WebHelp section will guide you on how to complete the setup of your account.

First Time Login & Home Pages

The first time you login, you will be asked to complete the setup of your account.

Your Account Configuration Status

Your welcome page displays the configuration status of your account to let you know which services and options still need to be configured. It is during this initial phase that you may be asked to configure your services like contacts, phones and mail access. The number and type of configuration tasks depend on the services included in your subscription packages.
 

The Dashboard Home Page

Your Dashboard is the first page displayed once all your virtual assistant services are correctly configured. The dashboard will be highlighting the most commonly used information: recent voice messages and faxes, call forwarding status, recent call logs and recent news:

Voice Messages and Faxes

Voice Messages and Faxes allows you to access to your recent voice messages and faxes. You can view and download them anytime you want.  

Last Call Logs

Last Call Logs will always display the 5 most recent call logs that you've received or made.  

Call Forwarding Status

You can personalize your call forwarding in this section by changing your call forwarding status in a single mouse click.  

Flash News

The Flash News section displays the latest and important information about the company.
 
 

Setup your Account on the Web

Here are the configuration tasks you need to complete before using the services:
  • Phones:  Enter the telephone numbers from where you may be calling your assistant, or where you want your assistant to reach you.
  • Contacts: Specify how you want to store and manage your contacts.
  • Mail Access:  Setup the connection to your e-mail account if you subscribed to a service that requires it.

You may also choose to configure the following aspects before using the services:

  • Call Forwarding:  Personalize your call forwarding to specify how, when and where you want to receive your calls.
  • User profile: Change your PINto a more private code, and set the signature for your voice e-mails.

Personalize your Account by Phone

It is recommended to call your virtual assistant and personalize your account immediately after its creation. Here are the first two actions you need to do:
