Web Portal Overview

Your Web portal enables you to view, manage and control your virtual assistant account on the web. Here are some of the Web portal functions available to you:

  1. To manage your personal contacts
  2. To configure your mail access connection
  3. To set your phone status and forward your calls to specific phones
  4. To view your call logs
  5. To manage your services or request changes to your subscription
  6. To manage your account profile

The Web Portal pages are divided in 3 sections:

  • The Toolbaris the main menu of the Web Portal. The toolbar's options vary depending on the service packages you're subscribed to as well as the type of account that you have logged-in with (user, administrators). Go to Web Manager Toolbar for more details.
  •  Main PageThe main page displays information and command buttons to change your preferences.
  • Global commands The global commands section displays commands that can be invoked everywhere across the web site. These commands enable you to view this WebHelp, get technical support, etc.

The Web Portal Toolbar

The Web Portal Toolbar menu enables you to quickly access your service settings and options. Your list of options may vary depending on the service packages you're subscribed to:
Home Page View a summary of your account status
Getting Started Complete the initial account setup and get help
Call Forwarding View and edit your status and call forwarding schedules.
Call Logs View your call logs.
Contacts View , edit and manage your contacts.
Reminders Edit your voice alerts and call reminders
Settings View and edit your account configuration settings
