User Home Page

 Your Web portal enables you to view, manage and control your virtual assistant account. Here are some of the Web portal functions available to you:

  1. To manage your personal contacts
  2. To define the phones you use and where you can be reached
  3. To configure your mail access connection
  4. To set your phone status and forward your calls to specific phones
  5. To view your call logs
  6. To manage your services or request changes to your subscription
  7. To manage your account profile

Call Forwarding Status

Use the Call ForwardingStatus section to quickly view and set your phone status and call forwarding. Click the Expand button to view more call forwarding and status options.
  • To test your call forwarding, click on Test Call Forwarding.
  • To add a new call forwarding for a special event, click on New Special Event.
  • To display and manage your weekly call forwarding schedules, click on Schedules.
  • To display and manage the phones you use to call and where the assistant can reach you, click on Phones.

Voice Messages & Faxes

Use the Voice Messages& Faxes section to view the list of your most recent voice messages and faxes received and access them and manage them as follows:

Check and manage your voice messages

  • To listen to a voice message, click on its corresponding audio icon.
  • To save a voice message on your computer, click on its corresponding save icon
  • To delete a voice message, click on its corresponding  remove icon.
  • To mark a voice message as unread, click on its corresponding archive icon.

Check and manage your faxes

  • To view a fax, click on its corresponding view icon.
  • To save a fax on your computer, click on its corresponding save icon .
  • To delete a fax, click on its corresponding  remove icon.
  • To mark a fax as unread, click on its corresponding archive icon.
     

Last Call Logs

Use the Last Call Logs section to view your most recent call logs (calls made and received).
  • To refresh the list of calls, click on refresh.
  • To access the full list of calls received and made, click on View Call logs.
     

Flash News

Use the Flash News section to view the most recent news published by your service provider.
