Main Menu and Global Speech Commands

When you interact with your virtual assistant, you have to know the context in which you're in to issue the appropriate commands. Apart from the "Global commands" which can be issued at anytime during a phone session, the voice interface is organized in layers as follows:

The global commands are navigation keywords that can be issued at anytime during a phone session to control call flow.

Global Commands (Key Words)

Global commands are "Key Words" available to you anytime during your phone session. Some of these commands such as HELP and CANCEL are interpreted based on the context where you use them.  The following special speech commands can be said anytime during your phone session:

Evatel or MAIN MENU to go back to the main menu.
CANCEL to cancel the current operation and go back the previous menu
HELP to get context-sensitive help.
GOODBYE to end the session.
