You can reach your virtual assistant from different phones using different methods:

How Do I Call my Virtual Assistant?
How Do I Call my Virtual Assistant in my Home Zone?
When in your home zone, dial your local Service Provider number (ex: 1-866-392-6342). This number was sent to you in the registration confirmation message together with your User ID and PIN. You can also find it in the My Phone Sessions
page of Web Portal. Use any telephone (device or SoftPhone) to access the service.
Note that you can also access your virtual assistant service directly in the following situations:
- Call your virtual assistant number.
- Call your personal DID number from one of your Auto-PIN or Auto-ID numbers.This will take you directly to your virtual assistant;
- Call your company's -->Virtual Receptionist number from your Auto-PIN phone. This will take you directly to your virtual assistant if the option to auto-forward users to their assistant is enabled. Check with your service administrator about this feature.
- Call your company's -->Virtual Receptionist number from any phone and say the name of your assistant. This will take you directly to your virtual assistant. Check with your service administrator about this feature.
If needed, Evatel will ask you to login using your User ID and PIN.
How Do I Call my Virtual Assistant while Traveling (Call-Back)?
When traveling outside your home zone, you may use the Call Back feature to access your virtual assistant service and keep telephone charges under control. Here is how:- Add a local number where you can receive calls at low cost as one of your phones (roaming number). This can be a fixed line or a mobile number with free incoming calls.
- Set this local roaming number as Call-Back.
- Dial the number of your virtual assistant back home. Even if the call may be a long distance one, there should be no charges in Call-Back mode because technically the call will not be completed.
- Hangup as soon as the you hear ringing.
- Your assistant will immediately call you back and give you access to your account. You can then issue commands as if you were calling from your home city.
How do people call Me through my Assistant?
As a Smart Number user, people can use two methods to reach you:
- Dial your DID to reach you directly. This is possible only if you subscribed to the Smart Number service with DID.
- Dial your Company's -->Virtual Receptionist number, then say your name or dial your virtual extension. This is possible only if you are part of a Company that subscribed to the Evatel -->Virtual Receptionist (Auto-Attendant) service.
