 Your Web portal enables you to view, manage and control your account:

  1. To manage your personal contacts
  2. To define the phones you use and where you can be reached
  3. To configure your mail access connection
  4. To set your phone status and forward your calls to specific phones
  5. To view your call logs
  6. To manage your services or request changes to your subscription
  7. To manage your account profile

Call Forwarding Status

Use the Status and Call Forwarding section to quickly view and set your phone status and call forwarding. Click the Expand button to view more call forwarding and status options.
  • To test your call forwarding, click on Test Call Forwarding.
  • To add a new call forwarding for a special event, click on New Special Event.
  • To display and manage your weekly call forwarding schedules, click on Schedules.
  • To display and manage the phones you use to call and where the assistant can reach you, click on Phones.

Voice messages

Click Voice Messages to access and manage your most recent voice messages. You can:
  • Listen to a voice message
  • Save a voice message on your computer
  • Email a copy of a voice message to a contact
  • Delete a voice message
  • Mark a voice message as unread

Faxes

Click Faxes to access and manage your most recent faxes. You can:
  • Display a fax on your computer or device
  • Save a fax on your computer
  • Email a copy of a fax to a contact
  • Delete a fax
  • Mark a fax as unread

Text Messaging

Click Texts to manage your SMS text communications.
  • List your text communications
  • Text messaging with a specific contact
  • Write and send a text message to a contact
  • Write and send a text message to multiple contacts
  • Reply to a text message
  • delete a text message

Conservation-recordings

Click Conversations to view your most recent conversation recordings.
  • Display the list of recorded conversations.
  • Listen to a conversation recording
  • Save a conversation recording on your computer
  • Email a link of a conversation recording to a contact
  • Delete a conversation recording

Recent Call Logs

Use the Last Call Logs section to view your most recent call logs (calls made and received).
  • Refresh the list of call logs.
  • Access the full list of calls received and made
