How to Answer and Control your Calls
When the assistant transfers a call to you, it can remain on the line waiting for your Call Screening and Call Conferencing commands (described here).
Note that some service providers may not offer the call conferencing services.
Call Screening
Here are the call screening commands offered to you when you answer a call:

Here is how you can control your calls using the call screening options:
To take the call
Say: LET THE CALL THROUGH or I'LL TAKE IT
or in DTMF mode, enter: (1)
Evatel connects you with the caller.
To forward the call to your voice mail
Say: TAKE A MESSAGE or GO TO VOICE MAIL
or in DTMF mode, enter: (2)
Evatel informs the caller that you are not available then offers to take a voice message which it sends to you as an e-mail. You get disconnected from the call when Evatel goes back to the caller.
To forward the call to a colleague, a contact or another number
Say: TRANSFER TO {Colleague} or FORWARD THE CALL TO { Contact or Colleague } or DIAL{spell telephone number}
orin DTMF mode, enter:(8) {telephone number} (#)
Evatel transfers the call to the colleague, contact or telephone number you specified. You get disconnected from the call when Evatel starts dialing the number where the call will be transferred.

While in the Call Conferencing, you can perform the following conferencing functions:
