Company Profile

The Company Profile page is where you can view and edit the company account settings.

Company Account Profile View

Click Profile to open the Company Profile page where you can view and manage your company profile information as follows:
  • The Company General Information: Name, languages supported, telephony provider (Company PBX), country, packages, call restrictions and mail access
  • The Company Administrator's Account: Administrator name, language, e-mail, phone number and password
  • The Company Virtual Assistant Information: Virtual assistant's name and e-mail
  • The Company Account Provisioning Access: The credentials used to access and provision the company account on the telephony provider used.
Make any modification then click Submit to save the changes. It is also on this page that you can:
  • Configure your mail access connection
  • Access your company bill

Company General Information

Changing the Company Languages

Your company can use one or two languages to communicate with customers and users. The language selection will be applied to the service (customers who call your company) and to the Web Interface for users. As a Company administrator, you can change the company languages as follows:
  • Open the General Information section and select the First Language. This will be the primary interface language (default) for your company.
    If your company uses a second language, then check the Second Language checkbox to enable bilingual operation. You can only set a second language if your system supports more than one language.
  • Click Submit to save changes.

The new company language setting is now effective and will be used for the next call session.

SELECTING THE DEFAULT SERVICE PACKAGES

You can select the service packages offered by default or as options to each new company user in the Company Profile page as follows:

  • Open the General Information section and click the Edit Offered Packages button. Check or uncheck the Offer and Default boxes to offer or not offer each service package by default or as an option.
  • Click Submit to confirm the changes.

CONFIGURE THE COMPANY MAIL ACCESS CONNECTION

As the company administrator, you are expected to configure the mail access connection to your company's e-mail server. You can do so from the Company Profile page as follows:

  • Open the General Information section and click the Edit Mail Access button. 
    A Mail Access Connection configuration page opens. Enter the parameters required to configure access to the mail server of your company.
  • Click OK to confirm the changes.

The validated connection will be applied to your future company users. They will only have to enter their username and password when configuring their mail access.

Administrator's Account

CHANGING THE COMPANY ADMINISTRATOR CREDENTIALS

You can change your administrator credentials in the Company Profile page as follows:

  • To change your password, click on Change My Password in the Administrator's Account section.
    A window opens. Enter the current password and the new one twice in the appropriate fields.
  • To change your e-mail address, go to the Administrator's Account section then click in the E-mail field. Enter the new e-mail address.
  • Click Submit to save the changes.

Your new administrator password and/or e-mail address will be effective as soon as you click submit. They will be required the next time you need to login as the company administrator.

CHANGING THE COMPANY ADMINISTRATOR LANGUAGE

You can change your communication language in the Company Profile page as follows:

  • In the Administrator Information section, change the Administrator language and click Submit to save changes.

The page should refresh in the selected language.

Technical Support

Virtual Assistant Name & E-Mail

As the company administrator, you can set the name and e-mail address that will be used by your company's virtual assistant when sending e-mails to company users. Here is how:

  • Open the Virtual Assistant Information section in the Company Profile page to display the name and e-mail of your assistant.
  • Make your changes by overwriting the information in the appropriate fields: Assistant Name and Assistant E-mail.
  • Click OK to confirm the changes.

The new assistant name and e-mail will be used for the next messages sent. Make sure that the assistant's e-mail account is active and operational on your company mail server.

PBX Used and Account Provisioning Credentials

This sub-section displays information about the phone system (PBX) used by your company. The type of phone system as well as the remote account provisioning credentials are managed by your service provider (system administrator).
  • The phone system used by your company is selected from the list of supported phone systems.
  • The credentials used to to access your company account on the phone system are in the fields Account ID and Password.

The Account ID and Password are used by the Web portal to access your company account on the phone system (PBX) and perform remote provisioning and account management operations such as importing users and phone numbers, configuring IP phones, etc.

Access your Company Bill

As the company administrator, you can access the name your company bill as follows:
  • From the Profile page, click on the Bill link. The billing system's authentification page opens asking for your company administrator password.
  • Enter your password to open the billing details of your company account.

Company Profile FAQs

Can I Increase the Number of Subscription Keys to the Company Account?

No. Company administrators cannot increase the number of subscription keys. If you want to add subscription keys, contact your service provider. Only VAR administrators can add or remove subscription keys for companies.

Can I Change Service Packages?

You can only select or unselect the service packages from your company list of packages. Your users will only see the packages you selected for them. Company administrators cannot add or modify service packages. Only VAR and system administrators can.

How Do I Manage User Accounts?

Go to the Company Users page where you can add, remove and modify user options.

Can I Customize the Web Interface for our Company Users?

Yes. You can consider the option to customize the look of your Web portal. This task requires special development and hosting arrangements with your service provider.

How Do I Move our Company Account to an Internal System?

You can move your currently hosted Company account from the service provider environment to a system installed in-house at your enterprise. Contact your service provider for help on how to setup your new system and move your company account in-house.
